This app allows you to download the following Fitbit data to your mobile device:
Your current step count, calories burnt, distance walked, and heart rate.
The number of steps walked and the distance walked for the last 7 days, and the graph of the data you can see in the app.
Your weight, body fat %, and muscle %.
Your sleep patterns.
You can set the interval between syncing Fitbit data from the app to a particular device to sync to Fitbit's own time. For example, you can set the interval to be synced every hour.
